How do I return an item?
Please read the following and contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.


    • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. return costs must be prepaid by the customer.
    • Cancellation of an order whether in stock or back ordered will incur a 20% restocking fee. If an item is on backorder you will receive a phone call or email and be given the choice at that time to cancel with no fee or proceed. Restocking fees maybe used as store credit at our discretion.
    • Special orders/backorders, Barrels, Books, CDs, Videos and Custom parts and Services are final. We will not accept the return of any special orders. (If the return is accepted there will be a 20% restocking fee).
    • Returns and exchanges will be accepted only with prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
    • All returns must have the RMA Number visible on the outside of the package.
    • New Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the original unmarked and undamaged package in which it was received. If the package or merchandised is damaged the return could be subject to a processing fee. The processing fee will be calculated based on the amount of damage or use.
    • All invoices paid by credit card will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. All invoices paid with cash, check or money order will be applied to the customers account for use on your next order.
    • All credits not used within 180 days will become null and void.
    • Replacement and defective parts will be sent to the customer as soon as the Armorer declares the materials or craftsmanship as defective.
    • Warranties are covered by the manufacturer of the product.
    • Glock Krieg charges a $35.00 fee for all returned checks
